2) Artwork Approval

Confirm your design is exactly as you want it.

3) Sample Before Production

We’ll send you a sample before production text or email with a photo of the first screen print to make sure you’re happy with the result before full production begins.

This process ensures you’ll love your custom merch!

Due to the time, labor, and material costs associated with embroidering custom hats, we have a minimum order requirement of 50 units.

If that doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to discuss your concerns and find a solution that eliminates the need for a sample. For example:

• If you are concerned about which blank hat to use then we'll order you a blank sample pack
• If you're not sure how the design will look on the hat then we'll create free mockups
• If you're not sure if the design will sell then we encourage you to run a pre-sale 
• If you're not sure how the embroidery will feel then we'd encourage you to stop by our showroom to feel the examples we have

Keep in mind that within our minimum order, you can mix different styles, sizes, and hat colors, as long as the design remains the same across all the hats

Our standard turn around is 7 to 10 business days.  But, we offer 24 hour rush embroidery service.

Our pricing is determined by three key factors:

1. Quantity
2. Stitch Count
3. Embroidery locations

Since we are factory direct and wholesale, we’re able to accommodate nearly any budget. Our team will work closely with you to explore options and ensure your project stays within your budget.

Standard embroidery sizes vary, but typically 2.25” to 2.5” in height and 4” to 5” in width for front panels. Side and back embroidery sizes depend on the hat style.

Yes! Many customers add embroidery on multiple locations, including the front panel, side panels, and back closure. Additional embroidery locations may have extra costs.

Embroidery is extremely durable and long-lasting. It withstands regular wear and washing better than printed designs. We use Madeira Polyneon threads which are the best in the industry.

Simple and bold designs with clean lines and minimal detail work best for hat embroidery. Small text or intricate designs may not translate well in embroidery. Vector files or high-resolution images are ideal when submitting your artwork to us.
