Customization Questions

How many days does it take to make an order?

It takes an average of 7-10 business days to make an order.

Do you offer rush services?

We offer rush services in as little as 48 hours though extra fees may apply. Let us know when you need it and we'll make it happen

What are your minimums?

Our minimums start at 50 pieces per design. Within the minimum, you can mix n' match sizes, colors, and styles as long as the design remains the same and the cumulative total equals out to 50 items.

Do you offer samples?

Due to the time it takes to customize an order and the set-up process involved, we do not offer 1 piece orders. Our minimum order is 50 pieces and includes a free artwork approval process for you to approve before we start your order.
