At Garment Decor, we specialize in screen printing and custom embroidery for clothing brands seeking unique and professional decoration options. Recently, we completed a customization project for the Independent Trading IND420XD Premium Hoodie, combining tonal embroidery on the front with jumbo simulated process screen printing on the back.

The Story
The front design features a black-on-black tonal embroidery, achieving a sleek, minimalistic look on the black hoodie. This technique is ideal for clients seeking subtle yet premium branding. For this project, we used Madeira Polyneon black thread, which offers a smooth, durable finish while maintaining a refined tone-on-tone appearance.
Back Jumbo Simulated Process Screen Printing
The back design brought the hoodie to life with a jumbo simulated process screen printing technique. This vibrant artwork features a stunning space design with planets, an astronaut, and multiple colors. Our simulated process printing method allowed us to reproduce the intricate details and bright colors of the space-themed artwork, creating a visually striking result.
To achieve this, we used our M&R Challenger 3 16/18 automatic screen printing presses, with jumbo printing, ensuring precise, vibrant, and durable results for large bulk orders.
