Are there any local places to eat?

Absolutely!

Subway, Tacos Los Cornales, Waba Grill, 7/11, and several other restaurants are all within a few-minute drive. 

Most team members bring lunch since we provide a fridge.

Do you offer training?

Absolutely.

We have positions open for experienced screen printing and embroidery operators to entry-level. 

Our team will train you on the necessary tasks to ensure you are able to perform to the best of your abilities.

How long have you been in business?

We started in 2011 by twin brothers Adryan and Devyn Lado. They opened up shop in their mom's garage with a simple one-color, one-station screen printing machine.

With a lot of hard work and luck, we now work with 30 awesome team members within our  20,000 sqft facility. 

We try to promote from within to create a culture of family since after all, it's how we started.

Is part time an option?

Yes, but this is very dependent upon the season. 

We usually hire team members full-time, but when we get busy the additional part-time assistance is a huge help.

What is the dress code?

We'll provide Garment Decor t-shirts, hats, shorts, and joggers, but do not require any particular garment to be worn.

In other words, if it's hot out then wear the comfortable Garment Decor tee with your favorite shorts. Or, if it's cold, then feel free to put on our Garment Decor sweater and your favorite pants. 

Most importantly, you'll likely be on your feet all day so wear comfortable shoes. 

What is the payment schedule?

We pay every two weeks on the 1st and the 15th. If this falls on a weekend or holiday then we pay the business day prior. 

We offer direct deposit, Zelle, or can write a check if needed.

Do I have to be tech savvy?

It depends on the position you apply for and it's not necessary.
