We are hiring experienced screen techs for our screen printing department.
- Monday - Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM availability
- An overall understanding of the screen printing process
- Following production worksheets Understanding mesh counts -Experience with emulsion -Work with plastisol inks -Understanding Pantones -Cleaning screens

Shipping and Receiving

- Daily shipping requests via FedEx and UPS
- Checking the quality of all outbound packages
- Provide tracking info to our customers

We are hiring for a screen printing operator position with experience using M and R Automatic Machines.
- An understanding on how to process orders from start to finish
- Knowledge with the Pantone mixing system
- Experience using plastisol and water based inks
- An ability to keep your machine operating at the most efficient levels

We are hiring for an embroidery operator position preferably with experience.
- Experience with Barudun machines preferred, but not necessary
- Understanding of thread colors
- An ability to keep your machine(s) running
- Knowledge of backing and when to use the various kinds (tearaway, cut-away, wash away, etc.)
- The ability to hoop various styles of garments
- Stay in an efficient flow of embroidering and cleaning the backing when necessary

We are hiring for a Content Creator and the responsibilities will include producing marketing copy to advertise our products on social media and our website. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with marketing and generating traffic and leads for new business.
- Research industry-related topics

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any local places to eat?
Absolutely! Subway, Los Cornales (great Mexican food), Waba Grill, 7/11, Boba and Tea, are all within a few minutes drive.Â
Most team members bring lunch since we provide a fridge.
What is the break schedule?
As a team, we take our first 10 minute break at 10 AM, our second break is a 30 minute lunch at 12Â PM, and then our final break is 10 minutes at 2pm.
Our hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Once hired our team will train you on the necessary tasks to ensure you are able to perform to the best of your abilities.
We appreciate a team member that is able to communicate well, because the only way we can teach you screen printing and embroidery skills is if you let us know what you don't know : ).

How long have you been in business?
We started in 2011 by twin brothers Adryan and Devyn Lado. They opened up shop in their mom's garage with a simple one color, one station screen printing machine.
With a lot of hard work and luck, we now have 30 team members and own our 20,000 sqft facility.Â
Throughout the years, we have had awesome team members start with little to no knowledge and turned their first job into a screen printing and embroidery career. On the other hand, we have extremely experienced operators that have been in the industry for over 30 years.Â
We try our best to promote from within and create a culture of family since after all, it's how we started.

Is part time an option?
Most definitely! Although, this is very dependent upon the season.Â
We usually hire team members as full time, but when we get busy the additional part time assistance is a huge help.

What is the dress code?
We'll provide Garment Decor t-shirts, hats, shorts, and joggers, but do not require any particular garment to be worn.
In other words, if it's hot out then wear the comfortable Garment Decor tee with your favorite shorts. Or, if it's cold, then feel free to put on our Garment Decor sweater and your favorite pants.Â
Most importantly, you'll likely be on your feet all day so wear comfortable shoes.Â
Do I have to be tech-savy?
It really depends on the position you apply for.
Some of our awesome employees need to be since they use our shop management system, but others do not since they are the machine operators.Â
How is the payment schedule?
We pay every two weeks on the 1st and the 15th. If this falls on a weekend or holiday then we pay the business day prior.Â
We offer direct deposit, Zelle, or can write a check if needed.Â
